  • Something people are often confused by is my Greek surname. “You don’t look greek!” they say. Actually, I was born in Bangkok, but I was adopted into a Greek/Australian family when I was 3 months old, so that explains the surname. I grew up in Adelaide, SA but now call Melbourne my home. I live in the inner north, with my 2 children and dog.

I’m told I’m naturally an easy person to confide in, consequently I’ve always had a lot of friends and family come to me with challenges or seeking advice. For this reason, this career path seemed to be a no-brainer for me. While I confess, it can be a challenging career, the reward of joining people on a path of self discovery and growth is one that makes it all worthwhile. I’m pleased to say that almost everyday I am inspired by my client’s journeys. They make me believe that there is always hope in life, no matter how dark life gets. I find it so satisfying when I witness a person begin to create a richer, happier life and embody more authenticity and joy.

Are you an Experienced Therapist?
Join our team.

We’re looking for an Experienced Therapist to join our practise. We provide a work environment in which our therapists feel valued and supported in private practice. Our therapists feel seen and heard regarding their needs and issues at work. Issues are addressed collaboratively e.g. managing their work schedule, and choosing the types of clients they work with, and getting the right kind of admin and professional support.
