I’ve really been searching for effective, powerful and transformative therapies for a long time to help both myself and my clients heal from past experiences. Ironically, I came across IFS about 10 years ago, and even bought a book on it however it hasn’t been till now but I’ve actually taken it seriously. It seems that it’s taken till now for the world to start taking IFS seriously too. I want to share some resources with you for those who are interested.
